Two ways to train. One method.
Whether I am standing next to you or watching a video you sent at 9pm, the process is the same. I find your level, I read how you move, and I make the next step small enough that you clear it.
One-to-one in Aurora, IL
This is where the reading is sharpest. I can see the breath you hold and the shoulder that lifts early, and I can change the set while it is happening instead of after it. First session is mostly me watching you move through the basics: how the ankle bends, how the hip loads, what your spine does under a little weight.
- Movement assessment before anything gets loaded
- Session-by-session adjustment off what your body reports
- Hands-on cueing for positions that are hard to feel alone
- Progression by small goals, written down so you can see them stack
Coached from wherever you are
Same method, different logistics. You send video, I watch it the way I would watch you in the room, and the program changes off what I see rather than what the calendar says. Built for the small windows of time you actually have, so a twenty minute session is a real session and not a consolation prize.
- A plan written for your week, not an idealised one
- Video form review with specific, usable corrections
- Equipment-honest programming, including none at all
- Regular check-ins so nothing drifts for a month unnoticed
