Move freely. Play with your kids. Keep doing both.
Training built for a life that will not slow down for you. I meet you at your level and we work towards elevating that level, one small win at a time.
Small goals equals big wins.
“I meet them at their level and we work towards elevating that level.”
How I actually coach
No template. A program written off what your body reports on the day.
I start at your level
Not the level a program assumes. The one your ankles, hips and shoulders are actually at today. We find it in the first session and we build from there.
Small goals, stacked
Five more pounds. One more rep. An inch deeper in the squat. Each step is small enough to clear on a bad week, and six months of them changes everything.
I read the room, not just the reps
I listen to what you are not saying. A locked jaw, a held breath, a shoulder that lifts early. That tells me whether today is a day to load or a day to earn the movement first.
Calm is the advantage
A tense body grips, braces and forgets to breathe. Lower the alarm and your real strength shows up. The work gets easier without getting lighter.
Capability, measured in ordinary days
Real life, no perfect conditions
- Your back speaks up when you load it, not when you sit.
- Getting down on the floor is fine. Getting back up is the negotiation.
- You wake up stiff and call it normal.
- You have twenty minutes, not ninety.
- Every plan you tried assumed a week you do not have.
- You are not chasing a look. You want to keep up.
“My entrance into training started after my time in service. I wanted to stay busy and keep my body in shape, so I decided to combine my love for working out and apply my skills to teach and help others.”
I coach parents and professionals whose weeks refuse to cooperate, so the plan has to survive a short night and a long Monday. That is why I keep the next step small and keep watching how you move instead of asking how you feel.
Be my next success story
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones. What I can show you today is the method, five years of it, and the way I read a body before I load it.
If you want to be one of the first names on this page, come in as a founding client. You get the same thing every client gets: I meet you at your level, and we elevate it.
Three steps, starting today
Tell me where you are
One message with the short version. Where you train, what hurts, what you want back. Use the 20 minutes you actually have today.
We find your level
A first session in person in Aurora or online. I watch how you move and we set the first small goal together.
We elevate it
Sessions built for the week you really have, adjusted every time your body says something different. Small goals equals big wins.
The questions I get first
Am I too old to start?
No. I coach to the level you are at, not the level you were at. Range, balance and strength all respond at every age, and the first goal is always small enough to clear.
Is this safe for my joints?
That is exactly why I watch how you move before I load you. We earn range first and add weight second. If your body says back off, we back off and come at it another way.
What if I have limitations?
Then we build around them. Limitations are information, not disqualification. Tell me what they are and I will work them into the plan instead of pretending they are not there.
How do I know it is working?
By what your week lets you do. Body language tells more than words will, and so does the way you get out of a car on day ninety.
Find your zone
Bring the twenty minutes you actually have. I will handle the rest of the plan.
